The penthouse on Las Ramblas was new and unfurnished so Hans and Bea took us to a good selection of shops in the local area. We were very pleased to have the assistance of Bea who has experience of interior design. With her help we were able to furnish our penthouse to a budget we had set. We would like to say that Hans Oppelaar of Spainish Total Services, conducted the sale of our apartment at La Caleta, through the autumn of 2010 introducing several buyers, taking care of the keys during the periods that we were in England and eventually introducing a buyer who made an offer very close to the asking price. We first met Hans and Bea when they showed us around a property we were interested in buying. They negotiated a good price and from then on took over the buying, arranged the mortgage and took us to the notary. From then on they became active agents and friends to us. They sold our property for a profit and then we purchased another new build off them, which Bea took over the task of furnishing it beautifully. They both took us to all their contacts to choose and advise on fixtures, colours and fittings. When we came back to Spain a few months later everything was in its place and the apartment was looking beautiful better than a show home.
